Pingxiang Huapeng Porcelain Insulator Co., Ltd. was established in 2000. Our firm covers an area of 20,010 square meters, including 8,900 square meters building areas. The factory is expected to be expanded to 62,031 square meters. Now there are more than 200 workers in our company, with fixed assets of over 40,000,000 RMB.

The company mainly produces all kinds of 220KV power capacitors, power transformer porcelain sets, dry-type transformer porcelain pads, dry-type transformer support insulators, ESPs with insulators, piezoelectric engineering ceramics, electric power transformers, electric switch porcelain sets, solid-core post insulators, indoor / outdoor post insulators, and wall bushings.

Our company has abundant technologies. There are 5 senior engineers and 38 specialized technicians. Most of the workers have worked in the porcelain insulator field for many years, so all of them are experienced. We have perfect physical and chemical analysis of raw materials and we have set up a perfect technology control system and a quality assurance system. Our company has attained ISO9001 Certification issued by CNAB and has the right to do import and export business. After the technology reform in recent years, we have owned crucial equipment for electro-porcelain production and testing such as vacuum pug mill mud machines, German imitation shuttle kilns, ultrasonic flaw detectors, hydraulic omnipotence test machines, 300KV high voltage test equipment, and material strength testing machines of 60 tons.

Currently, we strengthen the quality management and pay much attention to developing new products. We have developed and made a series of high-tension products. We always put quality in the first place.
